CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations, you have 48 hours to notify me that you will not make your appointment. I charge 50% for all cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. You have a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will be charged 100% of service. Please message me if you are running late to avoid cancellations and service charges. No call, No Shows will be charged 100%. For rescheduling, you have 24hrs to notify me to not lose your deposit. If I’m not notified before the 24hr window, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will have to be made for your rescheduled appointment.
